Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Skilva to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
Send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to the address below. Please include enough information for us to identify your data — for example, the name and email address you used, and (if relevant) the business or ad account concerned.

Please include: your name, the email you contacted us with, and any reference (company, project or ad account) so we can locate your data.
What we delete
- Any details you submitted through our diagnostic form (name, email, company/project, message).
- Any data we processed on your behalf or on behalf of a client that identifies you, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) APIs and customer records used for attribution — to the extent we still hold it and are permitted to delete it.
Data we may need to keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to by law (for example, accounting or tax records), or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Such data is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Platform (Meta) data
Where the data was accessed through Meta's APIs and belongs to a client's business or ad account, we will delete the copies we hold and, where applicable, coordinate with the client (the data controller) so the request is honoured. You may also manage app permissions directly within your Facebook settings.
Timeline
We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
