1. Scope

This policy applies to the Skilva website (skilva.ai) and to information we process when providing our services. When we process data on behalf of our business clients (for example, advertising and sales data used to provide attribution reporting), we act as a data processor and the client is the data controller; in those cases the client's own privacy policy also applies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our diagnostic form, we collect the name, email address, company/project name and any message you choose to share. We use this solely to respond to your request.

Information processed for clients. When delivering Skilva Campaigns, we process, on behalf of and under instruction from our clients: (a) advertising and campaign data obtained through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Marketing and related APIs, and (b) customer and sales records provided by the client (such as phone numbers used to match advertising leads to real sales). We do not use this data for our own purposes.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.

3. How we use information

4. Platform (Meta) data

Data accessed through Meta's APIs is used only to provide the attribution and reporting services requested by the client who owns the relevant ad account and business data. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising of our own, and do not share it except as needed to provide the service. It is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service and is deleted upon request or when the engagement ends, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with: (a) trusted service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations; (b) the relevant client, where we process data on their behalf; or (c) authorities, where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. Diagnostic enquiries are kept for the duration needed to follow up and a reasonable period thereafter.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — or to request deletion of data — see our Data Deletion instructions or contact us at contact@skilva.ai.

9. International transfers

We are based in Israel and may process data using service providers located in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.

12. Contact
