These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skilva website and the services we offer. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Skilva designs and builds AI-driven systems across commerce, marketing and brand, including attribution reporting that links advertising activity to real sales. The website presents our offering and lets you request a free diagnostic. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Skilva and the client.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: misuse or disrupt it; attempt to gain unauthorised access; submit false, misleading or unlawful information; or use it to infringe the rights of others.

4. The diagnostic

The free diagnostic is provided for informational purposes to help assess your setup. It does not create any obligation to purchase, and we make no guarantee of specific results. Any figures or examples shown on the website are illustrative.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services may interact with third-party platforms (such as Meta / Facebook and Instagram) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its content and the Skilva name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission. Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Confidentiality & data

When we process data on behalf of a client, we do so under that client's instructions and our agreement with them. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The website and the diagnostic are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
